A. The beauty of SlimBuddy is that it is very flexible, so if there is a recipe you don’t like or ingredients you don’t have simply substitute it with a corresponding meal from another day or use the buttons provided to select a Vegetarian, Fish or Meat alternative. Also, you can download the list of GI values of common foods from “The Science” section of the website, from which you can make whatever substitutions you like providing you stick to low GI.
