Q. I don’t like cheese or yoghurt. Can you suggest an alternative?

A. What is it about yoghurt you don’t like? Would it help if you sweetened it with an artificial sweetener or incorporated a low GI fruit such as apple or cherries? It’s difficult to generalise because cheese and yoghurt are used in many different situations. It’s easier to go for an alternative recipe, of which there are plenty in your SlimBuddy programme, rather than trying to substitute specific ingredients. Incidentally you could use half-fat creme fraiche instead of yoghurt.
