A. The reality is that most ‘convenience’ foods that require no preparation are the least healthy and the most fattening. What I am asking you to do is put yourself and your health first. Our recipes are deliberately quick and easy to prepare. I want you to make a habit of buying healthy foods and to spoil yourself by preparing delicious, fresh meals.
If you want to lose weight now then keep it off for the rest of your life you need to get into the habit of thinking about meals and finding time to prepare them.
