If you are looking for gradual weight loss that is easy to sustain over the course of 10 weeks then SlimBuddy Standard is for you. SlimBuddy Standard begins with a 2-week orientation phase followed by 8 weeks continuation phase.
The Orientation phase is designed to "kick start" your plan and give you results you will see and feel immediately!
As with all our plans you’ll find the tasty and nutritious menus easy to follow and easy to stick to. SlimBuddy Standard does not require you to use a personalised Health and Fitness Plan but if you want to tone and firm as you lose weight it is strongly recommended. Even if you have never exercised before Claire will create a programme specially for you!
